Addicted to Charts

I recently found out about Google’s Chart API. For those that don’t know what an API is, it’s an interface for programmers to pass information or request information from another application. It’s like a user interface, except for programs.

Anyways, this great tool will help me a lot around the office. I can now quickly and easily display some data on my websites in graphical forms. Yay! The side effect of this is, that I’ve become addicted to these things. They are so easy to make and look so professional that it’s easy to come up with other uses for them.

For example, you have a friend and he sucks. Instead of telling him he sucks, simply insert a chart:
Total Suck. Rick Rolling you a bit much: Stop Rolling Me

You can also do Venn Diagrams as well:
Things Brian is made of.

And there is a Google rating chart as well:
Lame
I kind of like the style of this last one.

It’s become sort of a running joke among some people I know to use the charts to express some sort of insult. So, as soon as I’m done writing this, I’m going to forward the link to my friend Brian!

Have Fun!

Oh and a few more Brian:
