S. S. Duct Tape With Rockets
I wrote earlier about Star Pirates. At the end of that blog post, I had a little doodle that showed what the Duct Tape with Rockets would look like. For a reminder, here it is:
I think I did a fairly good job of describing it on paper as a doodle. And I actually like the doodle very much. So much so, that I wanted to build a real life 3d model of the ship. The easiest material that I thought I could do this with is Lego blocks. I have a ton sitting around the house in all shapes and sizes. In fact, recently I had acquired the parts from a Tie Fighter/Y-Wing set that seemed to have some pretty nifty pieces that would work for this project.
