Apt142 is a mad scientist who after many years in the business has given it up. His retirement in the field was spurred by explosion of his secret underground base and the increasingly annoying appearances of do-gooders.
Apt142 is a fan of the evil overlord list. He currently lives with his wife and two ferocious attack dogs in an undisclosed above ground compound.
